: : The 12 disciples were not were not allowed to carry food, money, or extra clothing.

: Not exactly true. This pertains only to the mission when they were sent to the towns of Israel the first time. Reference Jesus' statement to them before his last walk to Gethsemane, and also the statement that Judas carried the money bag.

: : The oldest almost-complete manuscript of the Bible still existing is the Codex Vaticanus, dating from the first half of the 4th century, now held in the Vatican library.

: True, though perhaps misleading. The key term here is "almost complete." However, the Bible was not written as a single unit, but is comprised of 66 different books that were assembled together in the 4th century CE, so being "complete" in the sense of the above statement does not infer that this manuscript contains the most reliable texts of each of the books contained in it. There are many older texts of various books of the Bible. For instance, the Dead Sea Scrolls contain fragments of every book of the Old Testament except Esther.

: : The 7 Fathers of the Church:
: : St Athanasius, St Gregory of Nazianzus, St John Chrysostom, St John of Damascus, St Basil of Caesarea, St Gregory of Nyssa, St Cyril of Alexandria.

: Of course Peter, Paul, and the other apostles have no right to be included. ;-)

I had pulled this info off a fast facts site. I wondered if it was the "real deal". I mean what a gift from God to have a Pastor that can walk the walk, well past talking the talk. Praise God for you PS.
