Oh my! I can't get away with anything in this small town of Tampa!
I got an email from Thistle and thought, "paralleluniverse" that sounds cool, let's check it out" and here I find such nice comments about me. Thank you kindly!

Thanks also for mentioning the Earthday celebration. it is scheduled from 10 to 4 on April 24 and we are hoping to have a drum circle afterwards, from 4 to sunset, to burn up some of the good vegan food every one will be eating. If you have any talents, musical or otherwise (eh...and even if you don't haha)by all means, Rheda from the Sierra Club, the sponsor this year, needs all the help she can get, and volunteers too.

Also, I am in negotiations for a new venue to serve up vegan food on weekends like I was at the Glasshouse. Too bad we can't do it there anymore, it is such a nice place!

Again, thanks for the nice comments and remember that peace begins in the kitchen.

Bright Blessings
Chachi

: Just wanted to mention that last night at Glasshouse went really well. ChaChi was her usual hospitable self, w lots of love cooking and serving up a real veggie feast. First we had salads complete w spinach and other mixed greens, topped w anything from cucumbers and tomatoes to peppers, onions, seaweed, jimaca and a few other things I could not recognize or pronounce. We had bread with some veggie-friendly spreads. Next we moved too the best Black beans and rice I've ever had, some tofu-dilla, created w tofu, several veggies crushed into it, i think perhaps tomatoes, onions and then some olives. After this we had Carrot Cake and rice pudding with ChaChi's special secret sauce.

: The good thing about tonight was that Clint told us the gallery might not be closed as a gallery, but that he might be able to arrange an agreement with some other artists which would keep it ongoing as a gallery. Prayers are needed here. Also, ChaChi did remember talking to Març and Ryan the last time that we were there w Jason and Nancy and Xavier. She also talked about spiritual things quite a bit. Her beliefs were a more pagan type yet not solidly one thing. She is interested in learning about all kinds of things. She is so kind. I guess she would remind me of the veggie versin of Lisa Sizemore from Saint Francis Cafe.

: She is looking for bands or musicians who want to play at Earth Day events or at veggie gatherings. And she hopes to find more vegetarians to network with for local veggie gatherings. If anyone is interested just contact ChaChi through her website: Vejutopia.

: Peace, Bill
