Howdy!
Have you ever noticed how drastically priorities change in life? I remember a time, not too long ago, that my time was spent mostly to achieve success playing bass in a band. All my hopes, dreams, and aspirations were tied up in success as a musician. My body had a different chemistry then; smells had a different odor. Now I am trying to build my company, and that is where my "career" priorities are focused.
I am also working on a balance between my work, my family, my spirituality, and whatever else fits in. It is funny, though, how I can get consumed by my own passions. Last week (Apr. 18 - 24) I had read through Acts, and if you read any of my posts, you would've seen how consumed I was. This week (Apr. 26 - 30) I have closed a deal with my business, and I am looking at another deal next Tuesday. I haven't touched my bible - I've been studying like a freak in my programming books.
These are just some thoughts...
