Well, I was wrong then. I was worried you might be upset about that story being personally applied to Buddy. This story is obviously meant to be generally/universally apprehended. I thought of it it terms as if delivering and dedicating it "For Buddy" might be interpreted to mean that it specially applied to him in some way, which of course, it doesn't. Buddy is, after all, not abused in any way (he has the most excellent proverbial dog's life) and the euthanasia plea certainly does not apply (Buddy will be around for years to come, I think).
