Ok, here goes...
Graduate with a Bachelors in something I really really want to do.
Get a job doing something I really want to do.
Learn to cope better with my PMS wierdness.
Travel a lot, the Bahamas, Tokyo, Beijing, Europe.
Be a better friend.
Be a better Christian.
Get in better physical condition.
Develop a kick butt golf game.
Go kayaking regularly.
Start painting again.
Buy a house and have a really nice garden.
I think that covers the major ones.
