: no worries with hurricanes, no worries with termites. be sure to check out the series of pictures of the house in south carolina (it is on the beach). the interior is amazing. much of what i want in a house is captured in this design. energy efficient too, apparently. and it might even be within my grasp financially (eventually). the main problem would probably be finding property to locate it on.
