We call it indian poker...
It goes like this
Everybody is dealt one card face down
All at once, everyone takes their card and holds it to their forhead (if powdered)
uses their glasses to hold it up (if bespectacled)
uses their sweat to make it stick
The trick is, you don't know what card you have, but you can see what everyone else has
Based on the knowledge of what every other player has, each poker either bets, or folds in turn
After all have bet, they you call, and everyone shows their cards
The person with the highest card, (Aces counting as 11) wins the pot
And the game goes on....
Poker is fun...it's a great way to spend time without power and with alcohol (read: hurricaine parties :)
