Boy are you a glutton for punishment. You will incur the wrath of Terry for statements like that because the implication is that she is either unreachable or unresponsive. I must say that I usually don't have a problem reaching her either by phone or by email. Her immediate response to your post certainly suggests she is available. Maybe just try harder. ;-)
