Wish I didn't have final exams to administer now--no time to find it. But I do remember it! People were writing really long subject lines (like Bob the Alien, perhaps?) just to make the lines wrap numerous times on the extreme right side of the board. I also remember that the bbs perl code finally just self destructed and I had to beg people to stop adding to the thread. Good times... ;-))
