yeah, you're right, but i can build it in such a way that even if a semi hit it at 60, i would only have to patch that area, (a large area that would be in that instance).
i've thought about different ways to build it, but it seems like concrete and steel will be the cheapest, as most of the steel will be free, scraps from the end of the job. plus it will make me feel the safest.
