I'm sorry to say that I had to give him up (I gave him back to the organization)we had an agreement before I took him home that I could give him back if he doesn't work, I had a trainer come by the other day and said that he could'nt do any training because Moses had the severe case of SA (the greyhound) I have tried every thing as you suggested. The thing he does was crapping in my house so I spend at least an hour cleaning up everyday so I put Him in a crate as I did from the begining and yesterday He crapped in there and He kicked up his shit every where on the near by wall and carpets. I literaly spent 3 hours cleaning the walls and the carpeting. I'll try again with a smaller dog and doesnt have separation anxiety.
