OK, now that is a cool story! And that is definitely God's M.O. That answers two questions at once. It gives you the certainty that God spoke to you, because you know your grandma was ill-equipped to formulate that response. It also confirms that your grandma is fully in God's hands and it has nothing to do with her mental state or understanding. Faith runs much deeper than that, as do God's calling and purpose. Her dementia is a gift, by which God has spoken to you and confirmed both her position in Christ and yours. Chosen. Loved. Called. Protected and preserved for His kingdom.
Oh yeah...
