So true, though I had more fun being a passenger :P. We plan to go back sometime, I was only there for about 5 days and there was so much we didn't get to see!

That is so cool! What kinds of things are they finding there? I don't know much about digs. Can I have an autographed copy of the book? :P

So glad to hear that! No, I didn't leave the roof uncovered. What happened was the tornado tore the top part of the roof off, then the rain pooled, through all the insulation, and was coming into my apartment like, well, rain. I'd moved furniture and put garbage cans and pot and pans everywhere but it was futile- the water was getting everywhere. The roof was fixed as soon as they were able to get up there when the storm died down, and my parents were checking my apartment, we think the ceiling came down the day before I came home from Italy. There was really nothing anyone could do, the weather was too bad to get up on the roof so it was just a waiting game.

: FOOD. You may not get them all at once. May have to unload the carrier and go back for another kit-napping. ;-)

I'd been feeding them, and was going to take them yesterday, but they were gone. I think the mom came back and got them. Hopefully they are ok.

Can I go to the purgatory that has a good DJ and an unlimited supply of Kool Aid? :P
