Oops, you forgot to post? Well, OK... I think of an oops more like a quick but irreversible mistake. You know, like driving of a cliff. Or is that more of a whoops?

: My Italy trip was nice, for those who don't know I went to visit my boyfriend who was deployed there. We had an amazing time, it was my first trip out of the country and was just an incredible, educational experience. We were mainly in Catania, Sicily, though we went around to other places. I'll never complain about the driving here anymore, it's absolutely crazy over there! The people were so nice though, and of course the food was yummy!

Sounds great. We planned to go there but never got out of Germany and Switzerland. There was just too much to see! We will have to go back. I loved driving in Europe. People drive fast and furious, but they are competent drivers, unlike here.

In May I am going to Israel for a month with my professor to do pre-publication work on a book about the Sepphoris archaeological dig. Sepphoris was the capital of Galilee, about 4 miles from Nazareth.

: I came home and my ceiling had collapsed, though most of my furniture was fine, my whole office area was ruined. I've just now gotten everything back to normal. It could have been much worse though, I'm thankful the damage was limited to one area. I was thinking alot about y'all down south and praying for you, I wanted to check in but my internet access was messed up for awhile.

We all came through OK. I am so sick of puting up boards and taking them down. Glad you have everything back to normal! You didn't leave the roof uncovered during your Italy trip, did you?

: I also have had three kittens camping out behind my townhouse. Their mother hasn't been around, so I'm going to take them to the no-kill shelter as soon as I can figure out how to get them all in the carrier! Any tips?

FOOD. You may not get them all at once. May have to unload the carrier and go back for another kit-napping. ;-)

: So for what it's worth, there's my update. I still suck at posting though. Is there a class for that or something? :P

A few years in purgatory will teach you! ;-)
