Great questions Xavier. And some which would require discussions and more human interaction. I think the best kinds of answers come from experience and from hungering for them. I'm not saying there are not certain things we can know, but these kinds of questions really require more time than just a message board posting. If you are ever interested, I'll offer myself for such conversation. I think we could have a good time w your first question regarding Christ and his uniqueness and juggling that with many people in cultures that are not traditionally Christian. As far as sexuality goes, there's alot I don't know. I personally feel that our physical bodies and our psyches have a purpose and are not merely arbitrary. However, I'm the last person to have 'figured it all out' when it comes to sexuality, sexual orientation, etc. I'm afraid that I'm pretty old fashioned on this stuff. I mean, I still believe that God gave sex as a gift for marriage and that marriage, for Christians, is between one man and one woman. And although I have dear friends who may not agree totally, I still feel that gender is important and that men and women are different for a reason. I'm just being honest here. If you ever figure this one out, please tell me. I'd be quite glad to know something more definitive. Haha! Anyway, let's talk. I'll be home Sunday between 1 and 3.
